5. Server Listing Rules

When listing a Discord server on MyDiscords.com, you must:

• Select appropriate categories and tags
• Not create duplicate listings for the same server
• Have a maximum of 10 servers per account

Prohibited Server Content

• Servers promoting illegal activities
• Servers focused on harassment or hate speech
• Empty or redirect-only servers
• Servers violating Discord's Terms of Service
• Servers with misleading names or descriptions
• Servers selling Discord accounts or Nitro

6. NSFW Content Policy

Servers containing Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content must:

• Be properly marked with the NSFW tag during submission
• Not display explicit content in server icons or banners
• Keep descriptions appropriate for all audiences
• Comply with Discord's NSFW guidelines
• Be restricted to users 18 years or older

Failure to properly mark NSFW content will result in immediate delisting and possible account suspension.

7. Bumping and Promotion

Our bumping system allows server owners to increase visibility:

• You may bump your server once every 2 hours
• Bumping must be done manually - automated bumping is prohibited
• You may only bump servers you own
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass bump limits is forbidden
• Vote manipulation or fake engagement is strictly prohibited

Violations of bumping rules may result in bump privileges being revoked or account termination.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

• We collect and store Discord profile information (username, avatar, ID)
• We track server statistics (member count, bump history)
• We use cookies for authentication and analytics
• Server information is publicly displayed on our platform
• We may share anonymized data with third parties for analytics

You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time by deleting your server listing.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse our systems or other users
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
• Remain inactive for extended periods

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of server information
• That defects will be corrected
• Security or virus-free operation

Limitation of Liability

Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for content on Discord servers listed on our platform. Server owners are solely responsible for their server content and activities.
